BBQ Salmon Recipe – Rosemary Salmon

Ingredients:
Large Salmon Fillet
2 TBSP Fresh Chopped Rosemary
2 Cloves Garlic, minced
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Fresh Ground Pepper
1/2 tsp Sage

Butter

Combine the rosemary, garlic, salt, pepper and sage in a small mixing bowl.  Rub the salmon with the mixture, coating the fish as evenly as possible.  Let it sit for between 20 minutes and 4 hours.

Prepare the grill to cook using the direct method.  For this BBQ salmon recipe, I like to grill the salmon on a piece of tinfoil.  You can also use a plank if you would like.

Place the salmon on the tinfoil and cover the grill.  The fish should cook for 20-25 mintues, and does not need to be turned.  When you have about 10 minutes left until the salmon is done, add a scoop of butter to the top of the salmon.  You can substitute olive oil for butter, or you can omit it all together, depending on your tastes.

This BBQ salmon recipe will give you a nice rosemary flavored piece of fish, very tasty, very easy, very healthy!
