Corn on the Cob on the Grill

Here are a few recipes for corn on the cob on the grill

Spicy Grilled Corn on the Cob

4-6 fresh corn on the cob

Fresh limes

Salt

Chili powder

Olive oil

Open the husks and remove the silks. Brush olive oil on each corn and squeeze on lime juice. Add the salt and chili powder. Re-wrap the corn in the husks then in foil. Grill until done, turning on each side, about 10 to 15 minutes.

BBQ Lime Corn on the Cob

4-6 corn on the cobs

2 tbsp store bought barbeque sauce

1 tbsp lime juice

1 tsp of mayonnaise

Mix together all ingredients. Husk the corn and place each ear on a large piece of foil. Brush the mixture on each ear of corn. Wrap the corn in the foil and grill on a medium high heat for about 20 minutes or until the corn is tender.

Flavorful Grilled Corn

2 cans of regular beer

4-6 fresh corn on the cob

1/4 c. butter, melted

1/4 tsp. salt

1 tsp. Italian seasoning

1/8 tsp. pepper

Soak the ears of corn in the beer for about thirty minutes. When it is done, loosen the corn husks and remove the silks from corn just before cooking. Combine remaining ingredients. Roll each ear in butter and Italian seasoning and wrap tightly in heavy aluminum foil. Grill over medium fire with the lid closed for about thirty minutes.
