Marinade Recipes – Steak Marinade

This is a great steak marinade. I prefer to use it on tri-tips or roasts, it is very tasty. In addition to a great steak marinade, it can also be used as a chicken marinade or a pork marinade.

Steak marinade recipe:

1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup olive oil
1 Tablespoon molasses (if you don’t have molasses, you can substitute honey)
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp ginger (fresh or ground, fresh is best)
3 cloves garlic, minced (or garlic powder in a pinch)

Combine all ingredients together and let meat marinate 1/2 hour to 1 day (refrigerated). This is a steak marinade, but you can also use it on pork and chicken. Give it a try!
